Francie - “When the California Attorney Generals office hired me to write and perform a piece for young children escaping domestic violence, I knew I would be facing a difficult challenge. In less then 5 minutes, I would need to address the heart wrenching issues that too many young children have to deal with, and then, find a way to offer hope and support. We’re Gonna Be OK is a result of that effort. I know a 5 minute music video won’t end the pain of domestic violence, but, it can help to open up the doors of communication, letting a child know there are people out there who really do care.”
